In May 2003, Idenix signed a license agreement with Novartis Pharma AG (Novartis) for the worldwide development and commercialization of certain drug candidates, including Tyzeka/Sebivo®. In July 2012, Idenix and Novartis restructured the collaboration with Novartis.
